Cereal & Seed Mill for Bosch Compact Mixer: This milling attachment for the Bosch Compact Mixer is a great accessory for milling grains coarsely for making cooked cereal. Some of our customers use it to make coarse grain bits to add some chewy texture to their bread. And because it uses steel burrs, it's also good for grinding oilseeds like flax and sesame. We've seen this accessory described as a "flour mill," but it is not a good flour mill at all – it just isn't designed to grind finely enough for flour. (We highly recommend the Nutrimill for milling fine flour.) But a coarser-grinding steel burr mill can be very useful, and this is a nice one. It is adjustable from "meal texture" to extremely coarse, and anywhere between. As with all of the accessories on this page, it fits right onto the Bosch Compact Mixer.
